We offer two vacation apartments and the two apartments may be rented together as an entire house.
● Upper Apartment for 4 (+2) persons: sitting room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, double sofabed in the sitting room, bathroom and terrace overlooking the beautiful valley of Monte Leoni.
● Lower Apartment for 8 (+2) persons: large, traditional sitting room with stone fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds with the possibility to add a single bed to two of the rooms, 2 bathrooms, veranda overlooking the pool.
Each apartment has an independent entrance, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, private parking, barbecue, umbrellas and deck chairs, plus use of the swimming pool.
Renting the entire house is the ideal solution for two or three families travelling together!

The location of Casa Armini in the Alta Maremma southwest of Siena provides opportunities not available in the more famous areas of Tuscany. From Roccastrada, you may not only make day trips to the art cities of Siena and Florence, but also the wilder country towards the coast and the beaches themselves.
Casa Armini is a genuine farm. We cultivate vegetables, olives, from which an excellent oil is produced, and fruit trees. Our gransfather also raises various animals, such as hens and rabbits, so as to guarantee a supply of fresh, genuine products on the dinner table. Guests have the opportunity to pick their own fruit and vegetables, ready for cooking. The orchards, vineyards and olive groves, and the ample garden that surrounds the swimming pool allow our guests to relax in an open and colourful countryside in a warm and pleasant climate.

The beach at Castiglione della Pescaia is only 30 km distant. The entire coastline of the Maremma offers unspoiled coves and beaches.
The art city of Siena is 30 minutes from Casa Armini by car and worth at least one full day visit.

Massa Marittima is a beautiful mediaeval town of Etruscan origin. It has a splendid cathedral and may other beautiful buildings as well as a spectacular location, and definitely merits a visit.

How to reach Casa Armini
From Florence: Exit at Firenze Certosa and head in the direction of Siena/Grosseto along the motorway. Follow the SS 223 towards Grosseto. At around 35 km, exit at Civitella Marittima and follow the signs for Roccastrada. At the crossroads Loc. Il Terzo, proceed towards Sticciano. Casa Armini is located on the right at about 3 km. From Rome: Follow directions to Civitavecchia/Grosseto and proceed towards Grosseto. Once at Grosseto, take the SS 223 towards Siena. At around 30 km, exit at Civitella Marittima and follow the signs for Roccastrada. At the crossroads Loc. Il Terzo, proceed towards Sticciano. Casa Armini is located on the right at about 3 km. From Pisa: Take the Autostrada A 12 (Genova/Civitavecchia) towards Livorno. At the end of the autostrada, proceed along the Aurelia towards Grosseto. Exit at Braccagni/Roccastrada. Casa Armini is located at around 20 km along the road to Roccastrada.
